Hae-Young joined the IMT staff in 2014 as a part-time accountant and became an accounting manager in 2017. She oversees all of IMT’s accounting for proper maintenance of all systems and functions, and she ensures that the organization is up-to-date on nonprofit audit and accounting compliance. She assists the Associate Director with updating and maintaining personnel and financial records within the IMT Strategic Services department.
She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit accounting experience to IMT from working on the full cycle of nonprofit accounting for an environmental organization as an accountant and bookkeeper. She holds an AAS Accounting degree.
