As IMT’s Chief Operating Officer, Betsy leads all internal operations and drives the strategic growth of IMT. She is responsible for organizational planning, financial and administrative management, fundraising, and strategic communications to help IMT deliver measurable, impactful, and cost-effective results. In addition, she guides the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Betsy leverages over 15 years of experience in organizational management, project management, and fundraising to support energy efficiency and the built environment. Prior to joining IMT, Betsy worked at the Alliance to Save Energy, where she oversaw the organization’s development portfolio and partnerships spanning the public and private sectors.
She holds a B.A. in geography and environmental studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a nonprofit management executive certificate from Georgetown University.
