“The Institute for Market Transformation supports all people’s right to physical, social, and economic well-being. We hear and empathize with the pain, anger, and frustration that is bringing people into the streets in protest of centuries of deeply embedded racist systems and structures that continue to harm and kill people of color.
We believe that Black lives matter and we acknowledge and insist upon the need for substantial change in how our organization and society operate. We stand alongside those demanding action and are committed to engaging communities to create inclusive policies and programs that help people—regardless of race, socio-economic status, or zip code—live healthy, productive, long lives.”
